My perfect FT Weekend would be...

Life on the edge...of a caldera and have you tried driving around Italian cities in a Ferrari?

On the edge in more ways than one, we fly London-Santorini for a chic sunset on the edge of the caldera at Oia and test our credit cards to the limit at the chic boutiques, we breakfast on the rim before jetting off to Florence for a picnic on the banks of the Arno courtesy of the Florence Rowing Club, we look at cutting edge art (we've seen the old stuff at the Accademia in times past) and then pick up a pair of Ferraris for some 'enthusiastic' driving through the Tuscan hills around Siena before wine-tasting in Bolgheri, dinner on the coast at San Vincenzo. Sunday morning means Crossfit on the beach at Cala Violina before we fly from Pisa to the Alps, where we pick up the Bernina Express....
