My perfect FT Weekend would be...

In Italy. Any coastal town. And go to different towns along the coast. Eat homemade food and walk a lot. See the sunset and the sunrise.

I love Italy and their organised messiness. Most places are like walking back in time. Their coasts are mostly immaculate. Great eye for detail at capturing people's attention. There is always a smile and always a little bit of confusion. They take it easy. No complications, if you like coffee, right here you learn to drink it and to order it. Food can be extremely good specially if you go to local restaurants outside touristic areas and if a local cooks for you, the experience will be so lovely. I stayed with a friend who's boyfriend is a fisherman. He brought fresh fish to be cooked. No frills no thrills just an oven and some veggies and a little pasta that was all. So far my best meal in Italy.
